We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager who wants to become a part of our team, and build sales department with us.

Required skills:

• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or a sales manager in the software industry on a foreign market
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
• Big passion for sales
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills
• Thinking out-of-the-box
• Being a team player

Would be a plus:

• Additional foreign languages
• Experience in working with IoT
• Experience in participating in the international exhibitions and conferences
• Experience in organising and handling personal meetings with clients

Responsibilities:

• Communication with potential clients
• Sales negotiations
• Identifying decision-makers within organisations, understanding their core objectives and challenges, coming up with proposals and solutions on “how to make lives of potential clients easier”
• Setting up good customer relations
• Handling incoming inquiries
• Working out the sales funnel from the initial lead stage towards closure
• Creating pitches and bidding on the project posting spaces like Upwork
